About our founder, John Chang

True Master of Roti-making

Over the past decade, John Chang has become a true master of roti-making. John is known for the best roti in Greater Vancouver, and this is what inspired him to found JC Roti Factory in 2007. The company started out in his garage, but it is now a growing and thriving wholesale supplier of exceptional products.

A Long-time Veteran

John is a long-time veteran of the food and beverage industry. Since 1998, he has made a name for himself in many well-known Chinese, Japanese, Southeastern, Western and European fine dining restaurants. He was trained in a 2-star Michelin restaurant in Asia, and he is also an award-winning executive chef.
