What types of food products can I manufacture with JC Roti?
Partners can manufacture soups, sauces, stews, fillings and products for deep frying, sous vide, air frying, steaming or roasting.
What is the difference between food processing and manufacturing?
The main difference between the two processes is scale. Food processing involves a specific set of procedures for a small batch of ingredients. Manufacturing applies these same processes but on a greater scale. JC Roti is equipped for both.

How long does it take to develop a product?
In general, it can take anywhere from three months to a year depending on what product you’re looking for.
Where do you source your ingredients? Or are your ingredients locally sourced?
Sourcing local ingredients is our number one priority. We can also import products from outside of Canada if needed.
Do you have gluten-free options?
Yes, we do. However, we are not gluten-free certified. Contact us to find out about our gluten free options.
Do you distribute products nationwide?
Yes, we do. Our logistic services can cater to the U.S. markets too.
